Eleasa is a highly experienced, fully registered psychologist who is passionate about helping people lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives. She holds a master’s degree in Coaching Psychology and has over 25 years of experience working across the corporate, government, community, and private sectors. Eleasa has extensive experience in therapy, coaching, and psychological consultancy and has been practising as a psychologist for over 15 years.

Eleasa is a highly empathetic and compassionate psychologist with a strong focus on client-centred care. She creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their life challenges and strivings. Her approach is holistic, with treatment and support individually tailored for each client so they can reach their own goals while promoting greater insight, self-acceptance, wellbeing, growth, and resilience. Her support is neuro-affirming, as well as trauma and attachment-informed.

Eleasa's approach draws upon a wide range of evidence-based psychological methodologies, primarily integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also integrates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, as well as compassion and mindfulness-based techniques. Coaching and positive psychology methodologies also influence her clinical practice.

Eleasa works with clients across all ages and stages of life. She has also completed specialised child and adolescent EMDR training, allowing her to support young children to reprocess and heal from early trauma.
